Abstract

Aim of this paper is to evaluate the drawing of financial assistance under operational programs and regions of Slovakia; and, based on the results of the questionnaire survey, to identify the reasons which affected the progress and success of implementation on the part of beneficiaries and donors in the programming period 2007-2013. The questionnaire survey was aimed at assessing the impact of several areas - legislative framework, socio-economic situation, the management and administrative burden and the institutional capacities of beneficiaries.
