Abstract

Landscape structure continuously changes according to heterogeneous factors and conditions. Recently the most significant are the changes reflecting development of human society and its activities in the country. The aim of the contribution is documentation and analysis of population and settlement structure from the aspect of developmental trends of landscape structure in Poprad basin. These two factors play important role for the prediction of research area from the aspect of landscape structure.
