Abstract

Human resources are one of the most significant elements of developmental potential which a territory can provide for the effective regional development. Population is the carrier of socioeconomic activities in the territory and it is their executor and also consumer, it affects the development of facilities of the territory, and has influence on evolution and development of the region. In the article, we deal with analysis of human resources in the Termál microregion. Regarding demographic indicators, we evaluate particular indicators of dynamics of population (natural, migration and total pulation change).
