Abstract

Monitoring of current state and evaluation of observed pollution concentrations (sulphur dioxides) allows to assume different forms and degrees of damage which should have adverse effects on humans, living organisms and the environment that surrounds us. This contribution presents the status of selected pollutant - sulphur dioxide in Šaľa´s area. We would like to present negative factors, which lower the quality of the air in this area.
